Oh, Snap(frames)!

Okay, today I’m starting a new weekly feature: Something Sundays. Every Sunday I’ll write an article about some awesome product or an eatable delight that you can find in Oklahoma. Of course, some items will Oklahoman made, but not everything, which leads me to this week’s featured item: the Snap Photo Frame Set.

During Christmas shopping, I stumbled upon this gem at Blue 7 (7518 N. May Ave. in Oklahoma City). Basically, there are nine small picture frames in the style of a Polaroid picture. There’s a slot on top to slide in a 3.5 by 3.5 inch picture. Included are some fake pictures in the frames, so you can easily take one of them out and use it as a guide to cut down a larger picture, such as I’ve done.

The frames can be placed in any crazy arrangement you can dream. You can even take a sharpie or dry erase pen and write on the bottom portion of the frame too. On the backside, there’s a hole where you put this tack in it and then pound it against the wall. The mounting hardware is included, but with only exactly one tack for each frame. Though, if you do lose one, you could get a nail and use one of the nail slots on the frame.

The frame set can be bought at Blue 7 for about $20. If you know of any other places to buy this frame set, drop a comment. If you have a suggestion for a future segment, send me a message. Add a bribe along with your message and there’s a greater chance I’ll feature it.
