It’s a new year so it’s time to start talking about some new stuff. One feature we’re starting will involve sharing our thoughts on new restaurants as we visit them. The latest place Sasha and I visited was Nhinja Sushi & Wok (13905 N. May Ave in Oklahoma City). If you’re curious to try sushi, consider Nhinja for their bite-size portions and low prices. You can easily get a wide variety of sushi to discover your favorites. Prices ranged from $3.45 for the veggie rolls to $5.25 for the Catcher Rolls and to $10.95 for the Rainbow Rolls.

Our sushi was prepared quickly, although when I went there wasn’t anyone ahead of me. The environment was modern and fun, as you can see from the pictures above. I didn’t stay as I ordered the sushi to go. I ended up making a second trip back as I didn’t order enough rolls for us unsure what to expect for the price. I had called ahead and they had it ready when I returned.

Typically, I’m not a harsh person when it comes to reviewing places. My general philosophy is that every place should be tried at least once. Nhinja was enjoyable so if you are in the area (it’s across the street from Quail Springs Mall), give it a taste. They have starters such as spring rolls, gyoza, and lettuce wraps along with soups and salads. We didn’t try their wok, but if you did or just want to share your opinions on Nhinja, post a comment.
