Blue Dome Arts Festival
The Blue Dome Arts Festival was started as a small event to showcase local artists and has grown to become the big festival it is today, with nearly 300 local artists and performers. Local crafts include painting, pottery, carving, photography, jewelry, home decor, and more. All artists produce their art by hand and will be selling original works.
Live music and performances will take place all day on the main stage located at northeast corner of 2nd & Elgin Avenue all three days of the festival. Circling the stage, Blue Dome offers up a food truck food court that is sure to have something to satisfy everyone in your group.
New to 2017, a Chill & Grill Zone will be added to the east end of the festival where guests can relax and cool off under a tent with misters while grabbing a bite from a second food court.
The Pet Zone will return this year to welcome 4-legged friends a space of their own, complete with a sodded street “backyard experience” and space to relax, cool off and grab a treat. Pet owners can enjoy a variety of local pet organizations and businesses that specialize in the industry, as well as local pet adoption through the Tulsa SPCA and OAA.
The Family Zone will host a variety of hands-on collaborative and individual art projects, as well as inflatables and a handprint wall where everyone can make their mark on this year’s festival.
The Blue Dome Arts Festival will provide a full weekend of excitement for the whole family to enjoy with free admission.
