Downtown Norman Ghost Tour
Come on a walking tour of Downtown Norman, Oklahoma! Hear the spooky tales of our history:
… the barber still working the shop despite his grisly death,
…Al Capone’s lieutenant who is buried near his hideout just east of town,
…and the monsters of Lake Thunderbird.
The group will meet at the Pioneer Teacher statue just north of the old Santa Fe Depot (200 South Jones Avenue, Norman, OK 73069) at 9:00 PM on Friday following the Second Friday Art Walk. The walk will last a little over an hour.
Tickets are $10, paid upon arrival. Cash or card is fine. Each guest receives a commemorative glow-in-the-dark wristband as your ticket.
This isn’t a “jump-and-scare” tour like a haunted house nor an investigation. All stories have been researched from interviews and public archives.
