The 2017 Oklahoma Contemporary Dance Festival is a collaborative event between professional choreographers across the Midwest region and local performers in OKC. The Oklahoma Contemporary Dance Festival will feature 51 performers in contemporary and modern dance works by Allison Eversol, Favian Herrera Jr., Miranda Lorraine Ingram, Tina Kambour, Hilary McAlister, Brandy M. Niccolai-Belfi, Amy Nevius, and Summer Peppler. New to the scene this year is Meraki, a professional modern dance company founded by Hilary McAlister. They will also perform in the festival concert. McAlister also founded the Soul De Soul dance company and will be giving away 1-2 scholarships to their summer intensive to festival participants. Additionally, Perpetual Motion Dance and PM2 (Perpetual Motion teen company) will be performing aerial dance works.

Tickets for the Oklahoma Contemporary Dance Festival are available at www.perpetualmotiondance.org or at the Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center box office one hour prior to show time. Ticket prices are $20 ($25 at the door) for Adult and $15 ($20 at the door) for Students and Seniors.
