Fa la la into lunch this December with Art Moves

The Arts Council of Oklahoma City is serving up some holiday performances in Downtown Oklahoma City this month with their newest program Art Moves, presented by Devon, which offers up a variety of free performances and art demonstrations each weekday during lunchtime.

“We have three holiday choral groups, a preview of ‘A Christmas Carol’, a sax-playing Santa, a jazz trio playing music from ‘A Charlie Brown Christmas’ and so much more,” said Angela Hodgkinson, Art Moves Director for the Arts Council of Oklahoma City. “Our partnership with OKC Museum of Art continues this month with ‘American Moderns’-inspired groups – American standards from the Boulevard Brass Quintet and bebop and other jazz from the Mark Giammario Quartet.”

Expect this month to be festive and fun, providing wonderful, cultural, and family-friendly events for the kids while they’re on break. All events are free and open to the public (with the exception of our monthly visit to the City Rescue Mission).
