Street Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, Rice Bowls & of course Nacho’s. All made fresh daily and to order.
What got you started on the food truck for Nacho Biznez?
My love for cooking and wanting to own our own business.
Let’s talk about he design of the food truck. What made you go with your truck?
My wife thought it needed to stand out. She came up with the scheme and logos.
What can people regularly expect from you?
Fresh food and a laugh. I enjoy working with the public.
What’s a typical day like?
Typically, it’s a long day. I’m up early shredding cheese for my queso, making salsa, guacamole and prepping the truck. Most days I open for lunch from 11a-2p then cleaning up and restock for the next day. I do open for special events in the evening at times.
What are some of your usual spots and where can people go to learn more about your truck and where you’ll be located?
Some of my more common spots are Pharmacy’s, hair salons, and other businesses in Ada or surrounding communities. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter to know our hours and locations daily. We post the week on Sunday’s then follow up with the daily info everyday.
What’s not of my business?
Spending time with family, racing, traveling, lake time, cooking.
Anything else you want people to know?
We can cater just about anything. We have done several weddings, corporate events, and block parties. We can cater to any need.
