With the upcoming holiday shopping season and Small Business Saturday, I’m publishing a series of gift guide articles on district shopping. This shopping guide on Downtown Norman was written for those looking for special gifts, who don’t want to deal with the malls, and have suggestions for multiple ideas within an area. Next to Michelangelo’s Coffee and Wine Bar is the Social Club. The Social Club is a creative space where a shop and salon come together as one. The shop is a beautiful collection of treasures, new and old, to inspire everyday life. Owners, Erica Smith and Dana Scott, descrbion the inspired behind their shop as being “a clean, modern aesthetic with touches of comfort and quirk.”
