What do you serve at Mighty Corn Dog?
Fresh made Corn Dog topped with fun tasty toppings. We start with local Schwab dogs and dip them in our hand mixed batter, fry them to golden brown and layer on the goodness of your choice!
What got you started on the food truck for Mighty Corn Dog?
Binge watching episodes of The Great Food Truck Race! We were looking for a creative outlet and we’re really impressed with the community of local food trucks in OKC and once inspiration hit, we knew this business was for us.
Let’s talk about the design of the food truck. What made you go with your truck? What was the design process like?
We looked at a lot of trucks, functionality was most important and using space wisely for the truck itself.
We reached out to Kyle Miller, an amazing local tattoo artist, who really understood that we wanted something fun and that paid homage to OKC for our logo and exterior design. He made it so easy, second design was a winner! We then reached out to a long time friend in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Arthur Green with The Printing Company and he exceeded our expectation on bringing it to life.

Underdog.
What can people regularly expect from you?
Unexpectedly fun and ridiculously tasty food to share with your family and friends.
What’s a typical day like?
Mighty Corndog mode includes getting all of our batters and ingredients on point and brainstorming better ways to do what we do and new concepts to challenge the Loaded Corndog to the next level.
What are some of your usual spots and where can people go to learn more about your truck and where you’ll be located?
The Yard on 7th and Broadway downtown OKC is a regular spot for us! They have music, lots of space to hang out and good drinks! We also love to attend large festivals where we can share our amazing loaded corndogs to a large variety of people.

Mighty Corndog is the only Food Truck in the State of Oklahoma that serves fresh NEVER frozen loaded corndogs. We dip them in our special recipe batters in front of our customers after they’re ordered.
In the 1920’s Corndogs are wonderfully described as “wieners impaled on a stick.”
