Today I was invited to join a group of Chevy Legends (people who have owned multiple Chevrolet vehicles) and Oklahoma Chevy Team Dealers to check out the all-new Chevrolet 2019 Silverado.
The day started off at Parrington Oval where everyone checked in and were briefed on how to drive in the caravan. I did a Facebook live video with the dealer representative I was paired with up, Kendra Moore from Hudiburg Chevrolet. Kendra talks about some of the cool features of the new Silverado.
For our first photo-op, we stopped at the Skydance Bridge. On the way there, I rode in the backside and for being 5’10’’ there was plenty of headroom and the seats were comfortable. I was able to keep my phone charged with the USB charger in the back. Another neat feature was that the rearview mirror could be adjusted to show a video feed, making it helpful if one had people or stuff in the backseats.
We got back in our trucks and drove through Bricktown to Top Golf, where we were treated to lunch and some games of golf. If you’re not familiar with Top Golf, they are a high-tech driving range complete with a swanky lounge with drinks and games. It’s a fun place!
