1. Heard on Hurd

Downtown Edmond
Presented by Citizens Bank of Edmond, Heard on Hurd is a monthly, family-friendly street festival occurring every third Saturday from March through October. The event is from 6-10 p.m. at the corner of Broadway and Hurd in Downtown Edmond. The food truck festival is perfect for a date in that in his a wide selection of food to please any eater, live music, shopping, and is simply just a fun event.

2. The Patriarch

9 E. Edwards St, Edmond
When you first visit the craft beer house and lawn, The Patriarch, you’ll notice that it is literarily a house. This automatically sets the mood to be more casual and relaxed, which is important for a date. They don’t serve food, but they will have food trucks. They are 21+ only.

3. Armstrong Auditorium

14400 S. Bryant Rd, Edmond
Armstrong Auditorium offers incredible amenities for an evening of romance right in Edmond. The auditorium features a palatial Grand Lobby including more than a dozen Swarovski-trimmed chandeliers and two seven-foot Baccarat crystal candelabra once owned by the Shah of Iran. American cherry wood veneers, Spanish marble and onyx from Azerbaijan compliment the works of art throughout the magnificent hall. 

Inside the Armstrong Auditorium theater, couples can relax in luxury in one of 823 over-sized seats and enjoy unimpeded views from both the orchestra and the balcony. Once the performance begins, don’t whisper too much with your date, because the auditorium boasts pitch-perfect acoustics that rival the world’s greatest concert venues.

4. Elevation Trampoline Park

14402 N. Lincoln Blvd., Edmond
Jump around together! Elevation houses trampoline courts available for open jump, games, and more. With Main Court’s 5,000+ square feet of jumping surface, including floors and walls, all made of trampolines, you’ll both launch higher than anywhere else in Oklahoma. Mix up your time from bouncing to jumping into the foam pit. The pit is specially designed to provide a soft landing giving you the courage to attempt your newest trick or out-trick each other. Elevation recommends you wear athletic clothing and be ready to sweat!

5. E.C. Hafer Park

1034 S. Bryant St., Edmond
Located on Bryant Ave. between 9th and 15th Street, the 121 acre Hafer Park features 1.5 miles of paved, multi-use trails, a performance stage, volleyball court, exercise station, and an athletic complex. Challenge each other on the traversing wall to see who can travel the most or stay up the longest.

Hafer Park is also the home of the “Summer Concerts in the Park” series. The concerts are free and are performed on Thursday nights from June through August, with a collection of Country, Jazz, Rock, Big Band, Classical, and Top 40 Music.

6. Do Bed and Breakfast

Two Hearts Inn (2118 W. Edmond Rd., Edmond) is decorated and themed in styles of old world, french neoclassical, tropical, and southwestern. All of their suites are designed to relax you in a luxurious and peaceful environment.

6. Café Evoke

103 S. Broadway, Edmond
The experience of walking around Downtown Edmond is pretty incredible and one of those worth while stops should be Café Evoke. Café Evoke is a bright cafe for coffee, tea, and craft beer. Plus there are breakfast, baked goods, and light lunch options.

7. Inspirations

2118 W. Edmond Rd., Edmond
For the morning coffee or afternoon tea date, try Inspirations. No reservations are needed for their casual dining cafe along with several teas and coffees in their drink bar.

8. The UCO Jazz Lab

100 E. 5th St., Edmond
