If you had enough to eat and want to chill with a nice drink stop by Zannotti’s Wine Bar. Located in the heart of downtown, Zannotti’s offers a chique and classy vibe to the college town. The wine bar has a large selection of wine, mix drinks and imported as well as domestic beer to choose from. And to go with your drinks try their cheese and bread platter.

Aspen Coffee Company has a few locations in Stillwater, one of which is a drive-through, but there’s something to be said about a downtown coffee shop. They’ve been roasting coffee in small batches for the freshest beans possible since 1994 in manual espresso machine.

I believe it would be illegal for me to have a section on Stillwater and not mention the famous Eskimo Joe’s restaurant. Joe’s extensive menu features Joe’s Specials, Fowl Things, fresh salads, soups, chili, desserts and weekly specials. The hard part may be deciding what to order.

BED AND BREAKFASTS

4621 East 44th Street, Stillwater
Cimarron Dunes Bed & Breakfast strives to give guests the most comfortable and relaxing Bed & Breakfast experience in Stillwater. Cimarron Dunes is located on the North side of a 280-acre tract of farm land. The views from our B&B are a sight to behold. Just a few hundred yards from their back porch there is a conservation and flood control lake that is frequently visited by waterfowl and other wildlife.

There is something to be said about good food, clean sheets, and a warm bed. The Cottonwood Inn Bed and Breakfast is fronted by large Cottonwood trees on the corner of Cimarron Hill and McElroy.

The large two-story brick building is home to eight rooms, with each room named for the trees on the 13-acre property. All the rooms have queen size beds, and each has a private bathroom. There are two comfortable gathering rooms, one downstairs in front of the large fireplace and one upstairs with a view of the trees. Cookies and drinks are always available to guests.
